Lead Fire Protection BIM modelling across Defence, Healthcare, Aviation and infrastructure projects; manage BIM data, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, produce reports, and apply ISO19650 processes to ensure integrated design and construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Fire Protection BIM modelling services for multi-disciplinary projects (Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Commercial and Civil infrastructure).
•Manage BIM data requirements for projects through design and construction phases and coordinate with internal BIM Technicians and designers to produce drawings and models.
•Produce accurate reports for the Design Manager and integrate with project controls to ensure systems are efficiently managed.
•Apply ISO19650 principles to facilitate multi-disciplinary coordination meetings and improve collaboration.
•Develop and maintain high-quality, data-rich Fire Protection models and documentation with a focus on client communication and project performance indicators.

Key Requirements

•Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or building services-related degree with ideally 10+ years of building services modelling experience.
•Ability to chair workshops with BIM project stakeholders and communicate findings via reports and VR presentations to clients.
•Prior experience in Fire Protection/Services or MEP disciplines is highly advantageous.
•Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality, data-rich Fire Protection models and documentation.
•Understanding of Fire Protection system functions and design; Revizto experience is highly regarded with Navisworks, Dynamo and PowerBI preferred.
