Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Own and translate the VoC data and customer insight into product direction for your programme or category.
•Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure data‑driven, user‑focused decisions balance user experience and engineering feasibility.
•Design and oversee user trials, validation activities, and testing strategies to answer critical product questions.
•Act as the voice of the customer across Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams and present clear, evidence‑based recommendations to senior leadership.
•Define best practices for insight generation and storytelling to improve how customer insight is integrated into the product development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Must have experience translating customer data into product and engineering decisions.
•Experience with user research, product analytics, or experimental design.
•Strong systems thinking and ability to balance user needs with engineering constraints.
•Proven ability to design and deliver user trials/validation/testing.
•Excellent communication and storytelling with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
