Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored cross-sell/upsell recommendations. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and supporting inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days including public holidays).
