Key Responsibilities

•Lead forecasting and analysis of asset dispositions across the BREP global platform, evaluating implications to fund performance and economics.
•Analyze fund, portfolio, and investment-level performance metrics and deliver business insights through recurring analytics and executive dashboards.
•Support liquidity planning, capital activity tracking, and forecasting across global funds, including assessing cash flows and line-of-credit capacity utilization.
•Prepare fund and investor reporting deliverables and support earnings, fundraising, and leadership presentation materials.
•Contribute to reporting infrastructure enhancements and technology modernization efforts focused on automation, data accessibility, scalability, and reporting efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience with large data sets and validation processes.
•Ability to collaborate across teams, summarize complex issues, and drive actionable insights.
