Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead forecasting and analysis of asset dispositions across the BREP global platform, evaluating implications to fund performance and economics.
  • •Analyze fund, portfolio, and investment-level performance metrics and deliver business insights through recurring analytics and executive dashboards.
  • •Support liquidity planning, capital activity tracking, and forecasting across global funds, including assessing cash flows and line-of-credit capacity utilization.
  • •Prepare fund and investor reporting deliverables and support earnings, fundraising, and leadership presentation materials.
