Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AML, sanctions, fraud/transaction monitoring, screening, and KYC/EDD platforms.
  • •Lead Fin Crime system transformation by enhancing compliance applications, strengthening third-party integrations, and embedding automation across monitoring and case workflows.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution to deliver scalable compliance solutions that optimize alert dispositioning, improve risk detection, and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • •Collaborate across engineering, operations, compliance, analytics, and business units to deliver value in a highly matrixed environment.
  • •Conduct thorough UAT for client integrations and new frontend/backend/API features, and support stakeholders through testing, defects, and incident coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree/PhD experience).
  • •Strong technical product management background for compliance/fin crime platforms and lifecycle workflows (alerts, cases, investigations).
  • •Hands-on technical competence with API/service design and integration, plus SQL/data querying for large-scale platforms.
  • •Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Lean) and managing product backlogs (user stories, epics, features) with tools like JIRA/JIRA Align.
  • •Ability to translate business/regulatory requirements into product features, define UAT scope/cases for integrations, and coordinate incident resolution.
