Key Responsibilities

•Define and defend the long-range portfolio strategy for Enterprise API as AI agents and MCP clients become primary callers.
•Own data movement and query at scale, including Bulk API evolution, unified platform synchronization, Data Loader modernization, and SOQL direction.
•Own the portfolio trust posture, including API authentication modernization, legacy retirement, scope and version evolution, and breaking-change governance.
•Lead go-to-market and evangelism for Enterprise API with customers through events and advisory conversations, delivering release go-to-market assets.
•Act as the voice of the customer for technical feedback and escalations, turning signals into roadmap decisions.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years owning developer-facing or platform infrastructure API products.
•Hands-on knowledge of API architectures and specifications, including REST and OpenAPI, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, and API versioning patterns.
•Proven ability to use AI tools to build working artifacts (prototypes, proofs of concept, API clients/consumers, automations) that feed into what engineering builds.
•Ability to generate direction by identifying problems and forming a point of view, driving alignment across engineering and leadership.
•BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent technical leadership experience).
