Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex partner opportunities across a shared set of mid-market and SMB accounts within a pod.
  • •Qualify inbound opportunities, engage customers/partners as needed, and facilitate accountability to advance and close deals.
  • •Cultivate collaboration within the pod to identify when to engage specialists and maximize opportunity outcomes.
  • •Develop in-depth understanding of customer challenges and align Cisco solutions with decision-makers, including co-developing solution roadmaps.
  • •Create and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and provide real-time updates across deal stages and legal forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience, or PhD + 0 years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of the full product portfolio with a focus on Networking and Security.
  • •Ability to manage complex opportunities with partners across a shared set of mid-market and SMB accounts within a pod.
  • •Experience using data-driven approaches (including RAD data and AI tools) to support opportunity targeting, acquisition, and retention.
  • •Strong deal progression skills, including qualifying opportunities and helping move deals down the sales funnel with partner accountability.
