Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, own, and execute a bespoke agile EMEA enablement roadmap aligned with regional revenue priorities, GTM strategy, and QBR planning.
  • •Bridge global enablement and EMEA field teams by adapting tools, training, and content to regional market nuances.
  • •Maintain a bi-directional feedback loop between EMEA sellers, frontline managers, and global stakeholders to surface insights and performance trends.
  • •Design, facilitate, and reinforce enablement programs across onboarding, product launches, sales processes, MEDDPICC adoption, and manager enablement.
  • •Partner with RevOps to build and maintain performance dashboards and communicate enablement ROI on revenue, pipeline, and retention.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, or related commercial roles supporting enterprise sellers in EMEA.
  • •Proven ability to operate as a trusted business partner to Sales and GTM leaders, shaping priorities and driving execution.
  • •Strong enterprise sales experience coaching sellers and managers across multiple EMEA markets on value-based selling, sales process excellence, and in-field execution (including MEDDPICC).
  • •Ability to absorb business context quickly, synthesize regional needs, and champion priorities with EMEA GTM teams and global stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), enablement/LMS platforms, and data/analytics tools (AI tooling is a plus).
