Trainer 2nd Shift

Train new and experienced associates across multiple warehouse roles, identifying skill gaps and delivering structured coaching. Conduct standard work audits to ensure procedures are understood and consistently followed, while developing and maintaining standard work documentation and training records. Support onboarding for newly hired associates, apply Lean and Operational Excellence to improve training effectiveness, and serve as a substitute across warehouse positions, including Team Leader roles, as needed.
