Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end NA Talent Solutions business processes, including forecasting, utilization management, billing hygiene, revenue recognition support, and capacity planning.
  • •Document, standardize, and improve operational processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform.
  • •Own and enhance management reporting and dashboards, with Power BI as the primary visualization and decision-support tool.
  • •Translate complex data into clear, actionable, executive-ready insights and proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Project-manage operational initiatives aligned to practice priorities such as margin improvement, demand/capacity alignment, and scalable delivery models.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or business management.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting.
  • •Power BI experience, including data modeling, dashboard development, and insight storytelling.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and ability to work with large, complex, or imperfect data sets.
