Key Responsibilities

•Work under immediate supervision to manage inventory and movement of materials.
•Assist with preparation of shipping documentation.
•Check arriving materials against purchase orders and ensure proper flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas.
•Maintain production and delivery schedules and keep goods tracked while in transit.
•Compile data from contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions to assess supply needs, and respond to basic customer/shipper questions about storage and distribution.

Key Requirements

•Requires a HS Diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
•Experience inputting part numbers, serial numbers, and batch numbers into an inventory system.
•Current or previous experience receiving and shipping a variety of items while maintaining inventory control (preferred).
•Current or previous pallet jack experience loading and unloading trucks and vehicles (preferred).
•Ability to utilize computer systems such as SAP to input and retrieve information (preferred).
