Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely GRN clearance in ERP.
  • •Support production order closing activities in ERP and maintain GRN clearance data in tracking sheets.
  • •Follow up on rejected parts/materials, maintain rejection history records, and hand over to Stores.
  • •Support ISO, customer, and other compliance audits by collecting and maintaining required documents.
  • •Follow up daily on Pump Test Certificates based on final inspection reports and prepare/circulate pending GRN and PPM reports weekly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3–6 years of experience.
  • •Quality control experience in manufacturing, including knowledge of engineering drawings and inspection tools.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to handle inspection, documentation, and tracking transactions.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, and strong use of English and Tamil for quality documentation and coordination.
  • •Competence in quality standards and quality records management, with attention to detail and communication skills.
