Job Summary

Ensure software quality by planning and executing comprehensive testing across smoke, regression, integration, performance, and cross-browser/platform scenarios. Build and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks, perform API testing and UAT, and report/track defects using DevOps. Create and review detailed test cases, validate business requirements, document user manuals, and mentor junior QC engineers while collaborating with QC, development, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform smoke, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser/platform, and responsive testing, including API testing, per test plans.
•Create detailed test cases and review test cases written by joiners or mid-level team members.
•Develop and enhance automated test strategies, scripts, and test automation frameworks/infrastructure.
•Report, track, and manage defects, regress software fixes, and assist development with replicating and debugging issues.
•Conduct UAT, perform business requirements review/verification, create project documentation (e.g., user manuals), and mentor junior QC engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, information technology, or equivalent education/work experience.
•Professional certification such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL.
•Hands-on automation experience, including tools like Selenium WebDriver, with ability to develop automation scripts.
•Knowledge of testing phases and approaches (functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end).
•English proficiency (written and spoken) and ability to travel outside Jordan for business needs.
