Tech Proj - Prog Mgmt / Industrial Engineer

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and productivity by designing process flows, capacity plans, and plant layouts. Lead Industrial Engineering projects from evaluation through implementation, including ROI analysis and performance tracking. Support new product introductions by defining manufacturing line design and material flow, run ergonomics and human-factors assessments, and model workforce, equipment, space, and materials to resolve capacity constraints. Work across office and production floor, including cleanrooms.
