Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand QA and RD teams’ pain points and help design and develop targeted efficiency tools (e.g., test management, automated build, code quality analysis).
  • •Support full tool lifecycle work: requirement analysis, architecture design, implementation, test optimization, and ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
  • •Collaborate with QA and RD teams, collect feedback on tool usage, and iteratively optimize tool functions for real work scenarios.
  • •Research advanced concepts and technologies for efficiency tool development, including exploring and applying cutting-edge AI tools for innovation.
  • •Help define standards and specifications for tool development and promote standardization of the team’s internal development process.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a computer-related major, with an internship duration of at least 3 months.
  • •Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go) with solid programming fundamentals and strong learning ability.
  • •Understanding of software R&D processes and DevOps concepts; preference for familiarity with QA and RD team workflows and needs.
