•Understand QA and RD teams’ pain points and help design and develop targeted efficiency tools (e.g., test management, automated build, code quality analysis).
•Support full tool lifecycle work: requirement analysis, architecture design, implementation, test optimization, and ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
•Collaborate with QA and RD teams, collect feedback on tool usage, and iteratively optimize tool functions for real work scenarios.
•Research advanced concepts and technologies for efficiency tool development, including exploring and applying cutting-edge AI tools for innovation.
•Help define standards and specifications for tool development and promote standardization of the team’s internal development process.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a computer-related major, with an internship duration of at least 3 months.
•Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go) with solid programming fundamentals and strong learning ability.
•Understanding of software R&D processes and DevOps concepts; preference for familiarity with QA and RD team workflows and needs.
•Interest in test tools, automated tools, and efficiency analysis tools; preference for relevant development or project experience.
