Key Responsibilities

•Plan, design, and manage compliance products for the exchange platform to ensure alignment with local laws and industry standards.
•Plan and manage regional/branch products, coordinating across regions to support localization and compliance adaptation.
•Continuously track global digital asset compliance policy and regulatory changes, and assess their business compliance risk impact.
•Design and improve compliance and risk-control modules (e.g., user authentication, AML, KYC), and enhance compliance automation and review efficiency.
•Write compliance PRDs, coordinate resources for design/development/launch, and monitor post-launch compliance execution with reporting to management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in law, finance, computer science, or international trade.
•2+ years of internet product management experience, including at least 1 year in compliance or regional/branch product management.
•Familiarity with the digital currency industry and compliance requirements for trading platforms, including AML, KYC, and data protection.
•Strong compliance risk awareness and the ability to proactively identify and resolve compliance issues in products.
•Familiar with product lifecycle management; capable of independently writing PRDs and driving product launch.
