Risk, Business Process Specialist

Support Risk Management’s project management team on strategic technology and business initiatives. Partner with Risk and Technology stakeholders to produce and maintain project deliverables aligned to Paragon standards, provide technical support across the project lifecycle, and run user acceptance testing (planning through reporting). Help document user training and change management transitions, assist with RFP vendor selection as needed, and contribute to business unit control activities including analytics and issue management.
