Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain key project deliverables (scope, requirements, test cases) in accordance with Paragon standards.
  • •Support Risk partners with technical understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage user acceptance testing, including planning, execution, communication, defect/issue documentation, and management reporting.
  • •Document and conduct user training and change management transitions to new systems.
  • •Assist with RFP vendor selection and contribute to business unit control activities, including analytics, issue management, and testing.
