Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accounts payable processes: record supplier transactions, schedule and settle payments, reconcile AP details with GL.
  • •Manage accounts receivable: record customer transactions, settle collections, issue invoices/credit notes, reconcile with GL, and perform AR aging follow-ups.
  • •Handle inventory/cost and fixed asset accounting: record transactions, depreciation, revaluation, reconciliations with GL, and support physical counts.
  • •Own IFRS 16 lease accounting, including lease contract review, system upload, and related accounting.
  • •Support month-end/quarter-end closing, shop sales reconciliation (POS vs ERP), bank reconciliations, tax filings (withholding tax and VAT), and expense/cost control analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of financial accounting experience in a multinational organization; experience in a CPA firm is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Strong written and spoken English communication.
  • •Handle full-set accounting activities including AP, AR, inventory/cost, fixed assets, IFRS 16, and related reconciliations.
  • •Ensure tax compliance including withholding tax monthly payments and VAT report preparation/reconciliation.
