Job Summary

Own the production and accuracy of client reporting for fiduciary clients and funds, including regulatory reporting, board reporting, valuations, and performance reporting. Maintain complex spreadsheets and ensure quarterly reporting data flows into the Client Reporting Portal on time. Produce bespoke client reports, monthly valuation statements, and fund factsheets, while checking SORP, Risk Disclosures, and AIFMD reporting. Drive process improvements within the UK Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver regulatory, board, valuation, and performance reporting for fiduciary clients and funds.
•Maintain complex spreadsheets covering valuation, transaction, performance, attribution, and risk data to support investment reporting.
•Ensure quarterly investment reporting data flows into the Client Reporting Portal on time.
•Produce bespoke reports for non-standard UK and European clients and prepare monthly valuation statements and fund factsheets.
•Produce and check regulatory reporting (including SORP Risk Disclosures and AIFMD reporting), maintain controls/checklists, and support process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•High attention to detail to ensure accurate and consistent deliverables.
•Excellent numerical and analytical skills, including working with and manipulating large data sets.
•Strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
•Experience working in an operations team, ideally within asset management or a related investment environment.
•General working knowledge of major asset classes and pooled/segregated investment structures; experience with performance and attribution methodology is highly desirable.
