Quality Engineer

Lead quality engineering activities by defining and documenting enterprise test strategy, QE/automation/performance engineering handbooks, and test enablers. Evaluate and improve testing approaches, tools, and frameworks across teams, design and execute test automation frameworks and suites, and provide quality/status reporting. Own integration and performance testing, including LLM inference, RAG pipelines, contract testing for external adapters, and human-in-the-loop workflow validation. Serve as a key QA contact and mentor other Quality Engineers.
