Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients, developing and deepening financial planning and advisory relationships. Deliver and service fee income and retail banking products including banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance. Use market and economic insights, drive client acquisition and retention, manage sales activity and pipelines in the contact system, and collaborate with internal IRM partners while maintaining compliance with audit, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
