Automotive Paint Prepper

Prep and prime vehicles for painting in Carvana’s reconditioning/inspection environment. Perform final sanding, buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush tasks using state-of-the-art tools, helping ensure vehicles are delivered in excellent condition. This role supports candidates with training for entry-level hiring while requiring hands-on automotive painting experience, physical tool operation, and occasional mandatory overtime based on business needs.
