Key Responsibilities

  • •Wear required safety equipment at all times and enforce safety, environmental, and department of health requirements.
  • •Monitor and ensure quality; complete paperwork for each order.
  • •Review work order routing notes for customer packaging instructions and communicate quality issues to operators taking over your machine.
  • •Maintain a clean and orderly work area; remove rolled material from extruder unwind.
  • •Pack finished product, fill/load machines with WIP, stock and clean supply areas, and start/stop equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED equivalent and ability to calculate parts requirements.
  • •Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours of a 12-hour shift.
  • •Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.
  • •Visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance and ability to read 10–12 point print at 12–18 inches.
