Entry Level Technician

Perform express service vehicle maintenance according to repair orders and dealership/factory standards, ensuring efficient and accurate work that builds customer loyalty. Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors, document all work performed, and stay current with factory technical bulletins through required training. Success is measured by targeted production and Customer Satisfaction Index results.
