Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify HVAC and building automation systems, including refrigeration and heating ventilation equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment and respond to trouble calls and alarms.
  • •Inspect equipment rooms and take readings as required to support air quality across the plant.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance on pneumatic controls and HVAC equipment, including valves, cooling towers, chilled water pumps, chillers, and heaters.
  • •Follow environmental and safety regulations and procedures while using HVAC/R tools and maintaining clean work areas and records.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or GED.
  • •Two (2) years’ trade school experience.
  • •Current #608 EPA Universal Certification.
  • •Must obtain one of: NATE certification, journeymen status, or an associates degree in HVAC/R.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
