Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, including territory and account/deal strategy.
•Lead the regional sales team through the sales cycle for strategic, complex, or highly competitive opportunities.
•Engage with C-suite and board-level stakeholders to shape enterprise-wide AI and automation roadmaps and deliver measurable value.
•Construct and negotiate complex deals across different YOY license consumption options, using value levers and differentiation.
•Inspire, coach, and empower the team while driving repeatable assets/IP to scale large-deal expertise and challenger presentations.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•18+ years of solution selling, management consulting, or strategy consulting & sales experience with large enterprise customers.
•Proven success hunting, cultivating, and winning multi-million dollar accounts.
•Proven success constructing and closing multi-million dollar deals.
•Successful experience leading sales teams to achieve sustainable high growth.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
