Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the successful delivery of cost/commercial management services on multi-disciplinary Transmission, Distribution and Power Systems projects.
  • •Client-side cost/commercial management, including stakeholder, risk, and contract management
  • •Ensure projects and commissions are delivered to the satisfaction of the client for budget management
  • •Support and manage the cost/commercial management team ensuring appropriate resources are provided on projects, meeting the client and business requirements
  • •Actively manage contractors and subcontractors’ payments and final accounts in accordance with contract conditions

Key Requirements

  • •Five years’ cost/commercial management experience
  • •Relevant degree such as quantity surveying or equivalent
  • •Strong history in NEC3 and NEC4 contract and cost management
  • •Experience working in client organisations or through secondment arrangements
  • •Excellent communication and organisational skills
