Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure early-stage project visibility and proactively influence planning to embed Eaton solutions into specifications.
  • •Identify, track, and manage projects where Eaton is not yet specified, ensuring accurate capture in Salesforce.
  • •Share project intelligence across internal stakeholders to enable collaboration with Project Sales Engineers, agents, and back-office teams.
  • •Prioritize high-impact opportunities using a growth mindset and data-driven decision-making to accelerate project conversion.
  • •Expand the application of Eaton’s Solution Spaces and manage the role across Northern Italy with a focus on Lombardy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Commercial & Institutional (C&I) building projects.
  • •Proven electrical design and/or project management experience for large C&I projects, particularly emergency lighting and/or fire systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of key consultants, designers, and contractors in the C&I sector.
  • •Lead qualification of opportunities with discovery, needs analysis, and specification concept development and technical transfer.
