Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and conduct implementations for new and renewing clients, including strategy meetings and document collection.
  • •Market, analyze, and negotiate benefits and rates, request renewals, and negotiate renewals with carriers.
  • •Conduct pre-renewal and renewal meetings (in person or via Zoom), quote open market when necessary, and deliver final renewals with benefit selections.
  • •Obtain applications, monitor benefit administration portals, and ensure submissions are completed at least 15 days prior to the effective date.
  • •Provide 24-hour response times, maintain client retention through key relationship management, and support compliance including selected COBRA filings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education), with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Health and Life Insurance License mandatory.
  • •Strong knowledge of employee benefits, compliance, and payroll, including the ability to read and interpret SBC, insurance, and governmental regulations.
  • •Excellent problem resolution and negotiation skills for benefits and rates across coverages.
  • •Intermediate (or higher) knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe, with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
