Job Summary

Lead partner development and ecosystem activation across Singapore as the primary point of contact for assigned Workday partners. Own a multi-year partner strategy that drives partner-sourced ACV and pipeline, recruits and qualifies referral/alliance/GSI partners, and builds their practice capability and delivery quality. Manage joint business planning and governance (QBRs/MBRs/executive check-ins), coordinate partner enablement and customer success collaboration, and represent Workday at C-suite level.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a multi-year partner strategy across Singapore to drive partner-sourced ACV and pipeline.
•Recruit and qualify new referral, alliance, and GSI partners, and build partner practice capability, certifications, and delivery quality.
•Lead joint business planning and governance (QBRs, MBRs, executive check-ins) to track performance and resolve risks.
•Orchestrate partner enablement and coordinate marketing and customer success collaboration to improve revenue and customer outcomes.
•Represent Workday credibly with C-suite partners and prospects, shape ASEAN partner strategy, share field best practices, and coach more junior partner managers.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience in partner development, alliance management, channel sales, or enterprise technology sales, with partner-sourced revenue and practice capability built in a non-resell model.
•Proven experience managing strategic partners or alliances in Singapore, ideally across SI, referral, or advisory partner models.
•Track record of building and executing joint business plans with measurable revenue and practice outcomes.
•Deep knowledge of the Singapore enterprise market, including industry verticals and local partner/advisory landscape.
•Strong executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to build joint business cases and present at leadership level.
