Job Summary

Join a 24/7 Provider Clinical Service Desk call center supporting healthcare customers with clinical and technical issues. You will answer inbound service desk calls for applications including Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech, diagnose workflow/device/application and access problems, and track, document, and resolve or escalate incident tickets. The role requires shift flexibility (nights/weekends/holidays) and a quiet workspace with wired high-speed internet.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle inbound service desk calls for healthcare customers regarding clinical and technical aspects of Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech applications.
•Respond to incidents involving workflow issues, devices, application errors, user access, and functionality.
•Track and document incident ticket information, then close or escalate tickets in a timely manner.
•Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
•Maintain shift requirements, remain in the phone queue for scheduled hours, and ensure a quiet private workspace with wired high-speed internet.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of service desk/helpdesk experience (or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting).
•Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Preferred: experience in a call center environment.
•Demonstrate service philosophy with clinicians and colleagues and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
