Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and relevant processes, procedures, and work instructions to meet quality and governance standards.
  • •Coordinate with ACCA applicants and internal/external stakeholders to ensure applications are received with sufficient quality and completed in a timely manner.
  • •Coordinate with configuration change sponsors and stakeholder representatives to ensure ACCAs are completed on schedule.
  • •Maintain the Asset Configuration Change Application Register and support creation of ACCA statistics.
  • •Ensure data security and integrity, adhere to training requirements, and report accidents, incidents, breaches, or potential breaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering graduate (Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering) with understanding of Metro systems.
  • •Bachelor’s in an engineering discipline (B-Tech/BE).
  • •Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Rail/Metro industry.
  • •Working knowledge of Engineering Change Management (ISO 100007).
  • •Experience in document control and prior design change management.
