Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver assigned customer projects in collaboration with the PMO team, including deployment, configuration, knowledge transfer, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • •Support on-site throughout rollouts, migrations, or go-live phases to minimize risk and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • •Perform project risk analysis, report escalated issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • •Produce and maintain project documentation (e.g., HLD/LLD, migration plan, test plan, network implementation plan, as-built guides) including technical architecture diagrams.
  • •Drive technical scoping meetings and develop statements of work; collaborate across PS, Support, and Sales Engineering to resolve complex technical issues and mentor other consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, and/or administration.
  • •8+ years of experience with network security products.
  • •Extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing NGFW solutions (including hands-on experience with vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or Check Point).
  • •Extensive experience designing and deploying Web Proxy and Secure Web Gateways solutions; SASE experience (Zscaler, Netskope, Prisma Access) is an advantage.
  • •Excellent presentation, communication, technical documentation, and troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.
