Job Summary

Lead a Customer Engineering team of generalist engineers and specialized cloud architects to drive customer transformation and successful migration to Google Cloud. Partner with Sales to align technical resources to prioritized accounts, and guide complex sales execution. Serve as trusted advisor to CTO/CIO/CISO, bridge customer feedback to product engineering, and optimize pre-sales engineering processes, resource allocation, and POC/Plays to accelerate client value creation.

Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse team of Customer Engineers.
•Collaborate with Sales leadership to align technical resources to priority accounts and market segments.
•Drive technical execution for complex sales cycles.
•Advise key client executives (CTO, CIO, CISO) as a trusted advisor.
•Bridge field insights to product engineering by synthesizing customer feedback and market trends to influence roadmaps and feature prioritization.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience (>10 years) managing a population of Cloud architects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Experience managing relationships with interfunctional parties and guiding engagement with key technical stakeholders.
•Experience working with large accounts within an associated ecosystem (partners/ISVs).
•GCP certifications are a significant advantage.
•Strong English proficiency is required.
