Key Responsibilities

  • •Support demand and procurement planning for ESP and HPS systems and related components across international markets.
  • •Oversee regional demand planners, define intercompany orders, and collaborate with S&OP stakeholders and engineering to develop demand forecasts and maintain inventory levels.
  • •Plan sourcing activities to support manufacturing, field operations, and strategic tenders for international ESP business.
  • •Prepare and coordinate RFQs and competitive bidding processes; comply with and execute Category Management strategy.
  • •Lead an inventory segmentation project (Standardization, Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order), balance service levels, working capital, and lead time, and manage supplier approvals and agreements not covered under Category Management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • •5 years of experience in the job offered or a Procurement, Supervisor related occupation.
  • •Experience in supply chain processes (demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics) with a strong focus on international.
  • •Experience with global strategic planning and sourcing to reduce costs, improve lead times, and ensure quality and technology requirements for ESP business.
  • •Expertise in SAP MM for material planning, inventory management, and procurement processes, plus oil and gas field operations or ESP technology and continuous improvement/lean manufacturing experience.
