Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver complex industrial facilities projects, including advanced manufacturing, distribution, and process-driven facilities from pursuit through closeout.
  • •Manage clients and ensure project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget are met.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architectural, engineering, and specialty consultants; oversee planning, scheduling, and staffing.
  • •Lead pursuits and proposal development, including interview preparation, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • •Monitor financial performance, anticipate/mitigate issues and risks, and mentor/coaching project managers and technical leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • •Strong understanding of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systems.
