  • •Serve as primary point of contact and govern project phases, tracking KPIs, timelines, and resources.
  • •Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to identify opportunities for deeper integration into client operations.
  • •Present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
