Key Responsibilities

  • •Define end-to-end solution architecture for CRM platforms, including microservices, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • •Lead architecture ownership, producing artefacts such as HLD/LLD, API contracts, and data flow designs.
  • •Own engineering delivery assurance, including coding standards, CI/CD readiness, and production quality.
  • •Lead integration across CRM, legacy systems, and third-party vendors using scalable, secure patterns.
