Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute field activities such as product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements with professionalism and consistency.
  • •Implement demand creation and field programs, providing technical support and field insights aligned with crop cycles.
  • •Monitor market dynamics by tracking competitor launches, promotions, and pricing; gather and report field intelligence.
  • •Provide timely updates to the Field Supervisor on move-out sales, crop development stages, farmer practices, and area challenges.
  • •Bridge field and commercial teams by sharing product performance, customer concerns, and technical positioning to ensure alignment.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field (strong advantage).
  • •Valid driver’s license due to frequent travel to farms, retail outlets, and dealer networks.
  • •Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic in previous roles.
  • •Ability to confidently deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to farmers, retailers, and internal teams.
  • •Able to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
