HVAC Service Project Administrator

Coordinate HVAC service projects from award through administrative closeout for the Brea, CA Service group. Under moderate supervision, you manage project documentation, procurement (orders, purchase orders, subcontracts), job costing support, and monthly customer invoicing to ensure accurate billing. You also administer projects within enterprise systems, transition work from Sales to Operations, and help resolve billing backlog issues through cross-functional coordination with internal teams and customers.
