Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive project delivery on project management commissions to meet time, budget, and quality requirements.
  • •Coordinate, review, and ensure sign-off of deliverables across internal and external project meetings.
  • •Lead management of design teams, tender documents, appraisals, negotiations, and construction contracts.
  • •Provide financial oversight, resource management, and strategic guidance/audit & review for projects.
  • •Mentor junior team members and support business development by progressing opportunities, winning clients, and engaging in recruitment and fee proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering projects within the Healthcare sector.
  • •Experience working within a consultancy or healthcare organisation.
  • •NEC Accredited, or at minimum experience administering NEC Contracts.
  • •Experience and technical knowledge of healthcare within the built environment or construction industry.
  • •Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) achieved or commitment to achieve one.
