Senior Director, Social Strategy & Operations

Lead People Inc.’s centralized social strategy and operations function to accelerate audience growth across social platforms. Own enterprise social growth strategy, sponsored social approach, and cross-brand experimentation. Manage a team of social strategists and operations professionals, oversee analytics/reporting and executive insights, and drive operational excellence through scalable workflows, automation, governance, and tooling. Serve as the primary partner to editorial, revenue, product, and executive leadership teams.
