Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the business portfolio, including cost management and data analytics projects, aligned to the bank’s strategic objectives.
•Independently drive end-to-end project delivery using governance and quality principles to ensure timely, high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
•Partner with IT, business, and functional teams to align directives, scope, and deliverables across all levels.
•Understand business processes and requirements, perform analysis, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and manage risks.
•Support the delivery lead with portfolio reporting, tracking progress, and delivering actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Solid IT understanding with a technical background and exposure to engineering.
•Experience in portfolio management, project management, business analysis, or change management, ideally in banking or financial services.
•Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
•Experience using data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms; willingness to learn quickly.
•Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
