Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive effective data management capabilities across AME, engaging with markets, GBGIs, and IT.
  • •Manage the AME data management book of work to ensure on-track delivery.
  • •Embed the data management operating model by defining clear roles and responsibilities.
  • •Serve as data management lead for AME markets and businesses supporting the AME Head of Data Engagement.
  • •Design and deliver actionable insights on data management metrics and proactively identify automation opportunities to reduce risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of data management principles and understanding of a risk management framework.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical methods and data profiling/validation techniques.
  • •Experience managing and joining large datasets for analysis, aggregation, and reporting.
  • •Experience with data management tools, preferably Collibra.
  • •Hands-on ETL/data waggling tool experience; knowing Alteryx/Python is an advantage.
