Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels).
  • •Handle incoming rental enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • •Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required and communicate effectively with tenants.
  • •Draft and support leasing and property handovers administration.
  • •Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople using Console Cloud.

Key Requirements
