Senior Quantity Surveyor - Aviation

Own cost control for the contracting entity across aviation/transport infrastructure projects, leading a team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to manage spend and ensure compliant payments. Oversee measurement, schedules of rates/Bills of Quantities, monthly payment certificates, and final accounts, while monitoring anticipated final costs and variances. Develop cost management strategy and standards, support claims response, and provide cost advice to claims, contract management, and project management teams.
