Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multidisciplinary design reviews across architecture, civil/structural, MEP, systems, and specialty disciplines.
  • •Establish design review strategy, workflows, and quality standards aligned with program requirements and ensure design package compliance with regulatory and client standards (including FAA and local jurisdiction requirements).
  • •Coordinate design consultants and engineering teams to resolve comments, conflicts, and technical issues, including running workshops and issue-resolution sessions.
  • •Lead constructability reviews and integrate design with delivery sequencing, phasing, and budget constraints while identifying design risks and opportunities for optimization.
  • •Manage design review schedules and milestones, oversee QA/QC for submissions, maintain documentation/comment logs/audit trails, and prepare executive design status, risk, and decision recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually
