Job Summary

Deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions as the first point of engagement in a Lucid studio. Welcome and guide guests through needs assessment, lead capture, and pipeline management while creating excitement about Lucid products. Conduct test drives, communicate product benefits and the Lucid community, and maintain CRM records in Salesforce. Support studio operations, keep assets on-brand, identify bottlenecks, and assist with local marketing events.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a critical Lucid Ambassador and first point of engagement for studio guests.
•Welcome guests and engage in needs assessment to deliver personalized interactions.
•Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline and track interactions in Salesforce CRM.
•Conduct test drives and communicate Lucid product benefits and competitor context.
•Support studio operations, keep assets brand-consistent, and assist with local marketing initiatives and events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 hourly

Key Requirements

•Completed, or working towards, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

•Conscientious, responsible, and reliable with curiosity about electric vehicles and the premium market.
•Comfortable operating in an ambiguous retail environment and available for extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends.
