Drive Salesforce-focused business analysis on medium-scale projects and enhancements, integrating core applications with Salesforce. Elicit and document business needs, define system scope and objectives, and recommend standard Salesforce functionality versus custom solutions. Partner with Salesforce architects, administrators, developers, vendors, and IT/business leaders to support release planning, sprint execution, deployments, and SDLC delivery while ensuring governance and best practices.

•6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
•6+ years gathering requirements for at least one complete Salesforce project involving integrations.
•6+ years writing business requirements and functional specs, decomposing complex business/data into developer-ready specifications.
•3+ years experience in SDLC across waterfall and agile methodologies.
•Work effectively with vendor partners and manage requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
