•Execute HR processes and activities supporting designated customer groups within the Software Engineering organization.
•Act as a trusted advisor and employee advocate to leaders and employees, brokering solutions to business problems.
•Execute critical HR processes including compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition.
•Collaborate with Center of Excellence partners and apply HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions.
•Drive talent management strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer, and high-potential development.
